TL9000 Surveillance Audit

RESTOR successfully completed its annual surveillance audit for TL9000 by SGS Systems & Services Certification in February. All aspects of the Quality Management System were verified as meeting requirements of the standard and demonstrated the ability of the system to systematically achieve agreed requirements for products or services. The company’s customer focused approach and dedicated team members have made the certification process consistently achievable. RESTOR has been continuously certified to ISO9001 since June 1996 and certified to TL9000 since April 2008.

ISO17025 Cal Lab Surveillance Audit

RESTOR’s Calibration Laboratory successfully completed its annual ISO17025 surveillance audit with no findings by ACLASS Accreditation Services in March. Our calibration laboratory has been ISO17025 / ANSI Z540 accredited since 02/10/2008. Our laboratory’s services include calibration and repair of most electronic test and measurement equipment. Restor Expands Warehouse and Logistics Opportunities

With Restor as your asset management partner, you can minimize those assets you must keep in reserve, allow professionals in the handling and packaging of your inventory to properly care for your units, know that a full inventory and history of your units are available on-line at your fingertips, have a partner that can procure and sell assets to meet your specified keep levels, and provide you the necessary unit to your location by the following business day*. The process is completed with preprinted return shipment packaging for the defective unit from the field.

Preventive Action

As part of our continuous improvement initiative RESTOR is implementing a Preventive Action Request (PAR) program to better focus on product and service improvements. This initiative is part of our risk management process, a method to ensure problems do not happen thus providing our customers with a better service experience. The program is designed to guide action taken to manage change in products or services. This process will be vital to introducing new products and technologies to our repair services to better serve the customer.
