How do I do an Emergency Advance Replacement (EAR)?
Emergency Advance Replacement Orders can be entered without logging in by selecting the Emergency Advance Replacement link on the bottom left side of the Customer Login Page.
What is Restor Telecom's Warranty Policy?
All equipment processed through Restor is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the original repair date. Units subjected to misuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper installation, lightning damage or any other acts of nature will not be warranted. All product returned to Restor under Restor's warranty will be honored by Restor at no fee. There will be no repair fee for Manufacturer warranty repairs unless the OEM assigns a repair charge. A $25.00 handling fee will be applied to product processed under OEM warranty.
