Laura Sapp joined Restor Telecom in 2010 as Director of Human Resources. Prior to arriving at Restor, Laura built over 15 years of experience in all facets of Human Resources. After starting with and being promoted in a contract staffing company, Laura then went on to work for employers in both for-profit and non-profit sectors, in industries ranging from durable goods logistics to healthcare, and ranging in size from start-up to Fortune 100.

Laura brings demonstrated successful experience in strategic consultation, employee staffing and retention, training program development, compensation and benefits program design, workplace safety, and quality accreditation. She strives to share her passion for fostering positive workplace culture and driving values-based decision making. She pursues an enthusiasm for and sincere belief in the power of effective leadership and clear bidirectional communication at work.
