Current Open Positions
Software Developer
Essential Functions:
- Write code and complete programming, and testing of systems and applications. Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules and adhere to deliverable due-dates. Development responsibilities are primarily as follows:
- Develop presentation of data via the internet and or intranet of business objects in Visual Studio.NET
- Develop of forms for presentation of data via the internet, intranet or executable files with Visual Studio.NET and or other software development tools
- Develop tables, views, stored procedures and other SQL Server tools for the storage and presentation of data
- Perform analysis of end user needs. Convert project specifications and procedures to detailed logical flow charts for coding into computer language
- Collaborate with other departments on software development and provide support for end users
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Programming preferred
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years experience developing software to project specifications; Experience with financial or accounting software preferred
- Demonstrated successful experience with Microsoft Access, SQL, Microsoft Office Applications, Flowcharting, Visual Basic.NET and Visual Studio.NET

- Resilience: Ability to cope effectively under pressure, demonstrate persistence in the face of obstacles, and remain optimistic in the face of negative feedback
- Self-Management: Ability to objectively assess own performance, take action to develop own competence, and set own short-, mid-, and long-term goals
- Task Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and monitor progress, make realistic estimates of time and resource requirements, and see individual tasks through to completion
Electronics Repair Technician
Job Responsibilities:
- Test electronic components, circuit boards, and related hardware to diagnose source of problems
- Perform repairs at the component level
- Distinguish various types of components, caps and other fixtures associated with electronic circuit board and telecommunications hardware
- Document problems and repairs according to company standards
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must have 1-2 years of electronic component level repair experience, preferably in telecommunications equipment
- Must be detail oriented and able to interpret work instructions, schematics and drawings
- System repair knowledge and experience in any of the following is preferred: Ciena Multiwave, AFC, MGX, BPX, DMS10/100, 5ESS, Disc*s, and power supply repair
- Must be able to solder electronic components and fixtures
