Can Restor Telecom service all of my equipment repairs?

Yes, If you are a new customer, please contact one of our dedicated Sales Team members at 800-825-7744 or sales@restortelecom.com to determine pricing and in-house repair capability. If the equipment is not supported in-house, Restor will outsource to a provider that has been pre-qualified by Restor's quality and procurement teams.

What type of equipment does Restor repair?

Restor specializes in the repair of voice, data, video, broadband, central office switching, transport, power/ring, wireless and wire-line equipment. For additional information please see our repair services page.

What is the standard turnaround time for repairs?

Average in-house repair time is 7 business days. If an urgent situation arises, please contact our Customer Service department at 800-825-7744 and we will do our best to expedite the repair.

How do I check the status of my repair?

Can Restor help me in an emergency situation?

Yes, if you require an emergency advance replacement, please contact our customer support team at 800-825-7744 or 352-314-0144 during normal business hours.

Outside normal business hours, please call 800-824-0469 and one of our on-call staff will be contacted to return your call as quickly as possible.

How do I get a reminder of my logon and password?

What is Restor's warranty for the repair service?

How can I get a reprint of my invoice?

You may either call our customer support team at 352-314-0144 or 800-825-7744 or access the invoice reprint feature of our website, please log in, enter in your order details, then click on the invoice number, a print screen will enable you to reprint a copy of your invoice.

What payment methods are accepted?

Restor Telecom accepts payment by check, COD, credit card (Visa / MasterCard.) and EDI.

Shipment

How do I ship my broken equipment to get it repaired?

Our goal is to make repair and return a simple stress-free process for you and your company. No RMA numbers are needed. Simply place the defective equipment in an ESD protected container, box it up and ship it. You will have a fully functional refurbished unit back in a matter of days.

What are Restor's required packaging guidelines?

Restor strongly recommends you use an ESD safe inner container such as an approved ESD bag or ESD protected box. Enclose your electronic product and wrap with sufficient protective packaging materials such that the unit is not moving within the box and is well protected on all sides. Use sufficient packaging tape to seal and secure the box. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in damage that could be irreparable.

How are return freight charges handled?

For convenience, return freight charges may be added to your invoice for payment, or we would be happy to use your preferred freight carrier and account number.

Can I specify a common carrier of choice for return shipment?

Yes, Restor Telecom is established with all major carriers. Please specify the preferred carrier on your incoming order and we will gladly use your carrier of choice.

How do I return my equipment that is still under Restor warranty?

Following Restor's suggested packaging guidelines, place the defective equipment in an ESD protected container, box it up and ship it.
