Restor Telecom, Inc. Acquires TL9000 Certification

Restor is proud to announce its completion of the TL9000 Rev. 4.0 effort, qualifying as a TL9000-V (Services) provider.

Restor's state of the art Repair Facility located in Leesburg, Florida has long been recognized as an ISO 9001-2000 facility. "With a successful and mature ISO certified Quality System, it was time to focus our systems on Continuous Improvement," says CEO Lisa Somerville, "The TL9000 project provided just such a challenge."

The benefit to the Restor customer is the confidence they have in knowing that their services provider has taken that extra step to link the building blocks defined by ISO, and integrate them into a continuous improvement system.
